Welcome

Our mission is a miracle. Miracle that we are here. The Lord wants us to succeed. He wants all of His children to be happy. He sent His Only Begotten Son to earth to cleanse us from our sins. No unclean thing can enter his presence. We are here to prove ourselves and to return to him. We have a responsibility to become like Jesus, to keep his commandments and to make and keep sacred covenants. It's not a very long list. We pray for each member of our family. We love each one.

Once upon a time . . .

June 26, 2010 Once upon a time there was a common, ordinary, much too average, nobody grandma (me) and grandpa (Dad) that were busy working in their home when suddenly their fairy godmother (Heavenly Father) appeared and performed some magic (miracles) and Cinderella and her handsome prince found themselves in the most beautiful ballroom in the world (the Mexico City Temple) and were told that all the magic would end in eighteen months. The fairy godmother taught them some very special Spanish dances. They learned them all very quickly. They were told that they could dance the night away while the magic lasts.
The ballroom was filled with large crowds of very happy people of all ages all dressed alike in white. All of the people came into the ballroom totally awestruck with its huge sparkling chandelier, mirrors and gold touched furnishings. They bowed their heads for the magic bestowed by their fairy godmother and begged her for more magic while Cinderella and her handsome prince danced among them with their feet scarcely touching the floor. While they danced more and more people packed the ballroom, each smiling broadly. They arrived by the busload. Joy and peace filled the ballroom. A few others danced along with Cinderella and her handsome prince. Each dancer lifting a helping hand as needed.
Cinderella and her handsome prince totally forgot the time passing away as they danced. They were too happy to notice their tired legs and feet. That was part of the fairy godmother’s magic. Every so often they sat briefly basking in the crowds’ happiness. There was very little speaking. It would spoil the magic. The people began to fill the whole palace yet it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop if it weren’t for the sweet dancing music. The world outside of the palace was forgotten as they danced.
